If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage, where appropriate.
Change of mind returns are not accepted once a book has been shipped, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Guides)
Due to the nature of digital content, all eBook and downloadable purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues with your file, please contact usand we will assist you promptly.
School, Library & Bulk Orders
All bulk orders for schools, libraries or educational institutions are final once confirmed in writing or payment is received. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost within 14 days of delivery.
