Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes (Australia)

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • 5–8 business days from dispatch via Australia Post

  • Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer

  • Tracking details will be provided when available

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries including the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination

  • Allow 7–15 business days depending on local customs and postal service delays

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that local taxes or import duties may apply depending on your location.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
